The Association also creates and runs tennis events independently of the ITF

Europe with the US are the major powers in tennis. More top players men and women are from the states or Europe.

In the last decade the tug of war for power and supremacy has tilted in the direction of Europe. There are more top ranked players from Europe then any other continent
