If you join the TENNISONIC SITE (online fun), post a profile, if after 3 months you do not receive enough activity or for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, you will receive your full money back minus any prizes, gifts that you may have received,  $3 account setup fee and shipping cost to get the products to you. LEAGUE (SINGLES) REFUND POLICY FOR ACTIVE CITIES

If you join the LEAGUE (Singles) in an active city, you can request your money back before the official start of the season and your entry fee will be refunded minus $3 setup fee. NO Questions asked. Please do not wait until after the season starts and your name is on the schedule, if you don't think you will play, inform us in advance and we will pull your name out and it will not be inserted in the schedule. Once the season starts and your name is on the roster, the league becomes official and you can not receive a refund. Send all requests to leaguehelp@1stserve.com

LEAGUE (singles) REFUND POLICY FOR INACTIVE CITIES

If you join the LEAGUE (Singles) in a city that's not currently active and your name is not inserted in the schedule for the upcoming season, You can request your money back and your entry fee will be refunded in full, NO questions asked!

2) You will be able to setup matches with other players
3) You will be refunded your entry fee if your city is not activated with a schedule for the upcoming season
